QOS has successfully completed a turnkey project involving the disassembly, transportation, and installation of 400-ton presses equipped with hydraulic tie-rods, featuring 4-stage and 2-stage mechanisms, with a maximum weight of 50 tons and a height of 6.5 meters.

Responsibilities of the QOS Team:

• Mechanical and electrical tagging and disassembly of all machinery and equipment
• Transporting the dismantled equipment to the new installation site
• Implementation of floor markings in accordance with the approved layout
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations of machinery and equipment in the new facility
• Conducting cold tests (I/O tests) on equipment for press lines
• Turnkey commissioning of presses.

QOS Team Composition:

• 30 specialized staff members were assigned to the task.
