Responsibilities of the QOS Team:

• Mechanical and electrical dismantling, transportation, and installation of extruder lines and platforms
• Reinstallation and connection of electrical systems
• Performing match marking, photography, and creating dismantling records
• Packing, loading, transporting, and unloading the machines
• Floor marking, installation, and securing works according to the new layout
• Provision of hand tools, consumables, and installation equipment
• Coordination of transportation and accommodation arrangements

Equipment Used:

• 15-ton and 35-ton cranes
• 3-ton, 5-ton, and 10-ton forklifts
• Articulated boom lift and 4 manlifts
